By entering into the Bradley Art Competition, you are agreeing to release and hold harmless Southwestern Law School, competition partners, displaying venues and their affiliates from any losses or damages arising from your participation in this contest, including copyright infringement and loss or damage to the art work while in the possession of Southwestern Law School or displaying venues.
Intellectual Property
By entering into the Bradley Art Competition, you are certifying that the artwork submitted is your own original work and does not contain copyrighted images or infringe on the intellectual property of another party.
Permissions
By participating in the competition, you are granting Southwestern Law School, competition partners, display venues and their affiliates non-exclusive perpetual license to reproduce images of your artwork in their respective websites, print materials and displays, and permission to use your name, likeness, and artwork for publicity purposes without payment of additional consideration.
